A color picker that tells you the average color of multiple neighbouring pixels. Useful for picking colors from noisy backgrounds. I'm sure there's already tools out there that serve the same purpose but I can't find them on Google, so I made my own.
For touch: Use 1 finger to scroll, 2 fingers to select.
